How to order ?
Simply order directly from the online store. You add the chosen model(s) to your basket then validate your order.

Payment and delivery
Memorial jewelry, breastfeeding jewelry and personalized orders : Once payment and the contents of your memorial or breastfeeding jewelry are received, I ship the item as soon as I have finished manufacturing it. Depending on the models, generally allow 15 days after receipt of your letter for personalized content.
Online creations already available : Depending on the periods, generally allow 3 working days after receipt of your payment for the shipment of your orders.
Each item is manufactured by us in our workshop located in the Hautes-Pyrénées. For memorial pendants, when your order is shipped, we will return the excess ashes, fur, hair or other material that you have provided to me for the personalization of your jewelry.
Means of payment
Payments are made directly online by credit card, or via the secure Paypal payment platform. It is not necessary to open a Paypal account to use this option .
Refund
Since memorial jewelry, breastfeeding jewelry or other special orders are made to order and personalized, no refund request can be made after the jewelry has been manufactured. Only non-personalized items are subject to the 14-day withdrawal period, provided that they have not been worn or damaged. They must be in their original packaging. Returns are the responsibility of the buyer. If after receipt of your return we issue a refund, this will be based on the price of the item excluding shipping costs. Shipping costs are not refundable.
